These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Alexis Halikas Coaching services, including our website and our SMS and email communications programs. By using our services or opting into our communications, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. Program Description
Program Name: Alexis Halikas Coaching (the "Program"). We may send SMS and email messages to users who opt in. Messages may include promotional offers, service updates, appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, and occasional coaching insights. Message frequency may vary but will typically be limited to a few messages per week.
2. Consent to Receive Messages
By providing your phone number and checking the required consent box(es) on our web form, you authorize Alexis Halikas Coaching to send text messages to your mobile number. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Promotional and transactional messages will only be sent after you provide express opt‑in consent.
3. Opt Out
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply reply "STOP" to any message you receive from us. After you send "STOP," we will send a confirmation message to confirm you have been unsubscribed. After this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us, unless you opt back in.
4. Opt In Again
If you previously opted out and wish to rejoin the Program, you can opt in again by completing a new form on our website and checking the required consent boxes. We do not automatically re‑add numbers that have opted out.
5. Help and Support
If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword "HELP" for more assistance, or contact us at Alexis@AlexisHalikas.com. We will provide additional support or answer any questions you may have about the Program.
6. Message Frequency and Rates
Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. The number of messages you receive will depend on the services you request and your engagement with us. Message frequency may vary. If you have any questions about your text or data plan, please contact your wireless provider.
7. Carrier Disclaimer
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery may be impacted by your mobile carrier’s network conditions and other factors beyond our control.
8. Privacy
Your use of the messaging program is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and safeguard your personal information. In particular, no mobile phone numbers, SMS opt‑in data or consent information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services is permitted solely to perform those services and complies with the requirements set out by the CTIA and other industry standards. 9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on our website with a new "Last Updated" date. By continuing to use our services or remain enrolled in the Program after the updated Terms take effect, you agree to the revised Terms. If you do not agree, you must opt out of the Program.
